Clyvenor Store Product Warranty

Clyvenor Store provides high-quality products and excellent after-sales service. If you have any questions, please email service@clyvenor.com. The full warranty terms are as follows:

Daxerium Store warrants all products sold to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. If any problems arise during normal use, we will repair or replace them free of charge.

Please keep your order information in a safe place (after placing an order, we will send you an order confirmation email with details).

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

1. The warranty only applies to products that have been used and maintained in accordance with the accompanying manual and have not been damaged by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, modification, theft, fire, flood or other force majeure.

2. Products purchased second-hand or through unknown channels.

3. Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.

Please send your order information (order number, purchaser name or order email address) to service@daxerium.com. We will investigate the details as soon as possible.

In addition, if you attach pictures or videos of the product problem in your email, we will provide a faster solution.
